    1)According to the model essay the extract explored humanity, justice and courage.

    4) According to the third paragraph of the model essay the author’s use of sibilance in the extract helps the appeal to the reader’s hearing which can make the scene more vivid.

    5)According to the model essay the author intensifies the story by adding more and more information about the scene as it progresses.

    7)I agree with the evaluation because Boyne did use a variety of techniques to make the reader empathize with Tristan:”frantic,gasping for air,failing” these words echo a man’s last breath.
